HOW TO GO FROM MEDIOCRITY TO GREATNESS AND WITH A SENSE OF TRANSCENDENCE

HOW TO GO FROM MEDIOCRITY TO GREATNESS AND WITH A SENSE OF TRANSCENDENCE

“Thank God for initially giving me the first ideas, the first idea and all those people who in one way or another helped and influenced my perceptions, intuition and experimentation to achieve this Great and Extraordinary Work”

Marcel Arellano

ALSO THIS WORK IS INSPIRED BY LEONARDO DA VINCI, WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART, SIMON BOLIVAR, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN, WALT DISNEY AND IMPROVED WITH IDEAS OF ARISTOTLE, LEONARDO DA VINCI, RALPH WALDO EMERSON, WALT WHITMAN, NAPOLEON HILL, MY FATHER  RAMON ARELLANO SANCHEZ  AND  PIERRE TEILHARD DE CHARDIN

Helping to solve Global, Existential and Integrity problems.

Helping to leave a Better World.

Helping transform a World for Greatness and Transcendence.

To solve problems of Order, Harmony, Discipline, Integrity, Dysfunctional, Existential, Mediocrity to move to Order, Integrity, Greatness and Transcendence.

How to achieve more prosperity, benefits and comprehensive wealth for everyone.

“Everything is connected to everything. The secret is to find the connections that nobody has seen “

Leonardo da Vinci

Nothing is impossible, the word itself says “I am possible”! Audrey hepburn

Ralph Waldo Emerson: He would say that “the unconscious” is just another name for the Universal Soul within us. God is within us, and revelation is the Universal Soul speaking to us through us.

“The universe as we know it is a joint product of the observer and the observed”

Teilhard de Chardin

“The journey of discovery is not in looking for new landscapes but in having new eyes”

Marcel proust

“I believe that as Human Beings we can only perfect ourselves, to the extent that we are consistent with the correct principles, divine gifts will be unleashed within our nature that will perfect us”

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

“Every moment of light and dark is a miracle”

Walt Whitman

Author Ralph Waldo Emerson who was an American essayist, speaker, philosopher, and poet, had the following to say about success:

WHAT IS SUCCESS?

“Laugh a lot and often, win the respect of intelligent people and the affection of children, win the appreciation of sincere critics and be tolerant of the betrayals of false friends, know how to appreciate beauty, and find the best in others , to leave a somewhat better world, be it for a healthy child, a garden corner or a redeemed social condition, knowing that at least one life has been encouraged more freely thanks to ours. That is having succeeded! “

Ralph Waldo Emerson

If we ask ourselves:

Now, how do I get here? How do I achieve all this that Ralph Waldo Emerson says ?:

How do I get everyone here, without being selfish, speaking of integrity, without becoming selfish, as I do so that everyone becomes successful?

Now we have a proposal that is nothing more than the proposal of the integration of several ideas, of authors, of various inspirations, organized, assembled through an intuitive process, of experimentation and of course in the background it is God who gives the data initials as the first idea giver- according to my Principle of Originality and Creator of God, where:

God is the one who conceives and creates:

-The (Wonderful) Order of Understanding

-The Activity of Consciousness

-The Laws of Attention

-The Laws of Memory

-The Laws of Reasoning

-The development of the mysterious Instincts of the Soul

“We will bind the sun to the stars dear earth, so that there is no upset in space or time and thus, each day that dawns, we can begin again.”

The Incas

How then do we manage to be successful?

Through a proposal it is a model of Thirteen (13) VIRTUES AND VALUES TO INCULCATE, TEACH AND PUT INTO PRACTICE IN THE CHILDREN, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THIS NEW ERA.

“The torrents of heaven descended like a pestilence that left only the rude and illiterate among you and thus you began again as children.”

Plato (Tymeus)

In addition to this, each Virtue and Value must be developed and depending on each case with a technical architecture that we will develop later.

Let’s start to explain:

First of all, it is necessary to explain the following, this proposal can be applied to all children and young people in the world without any distinction.

As the AA and Alanon Prayer says:

Serenity Prayer. God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference.

So I, you or the one who is going to Educate must accept what can change and have the courage to change it, and secondly we must detect certain talents inherent in people, children and young people who want to change, improve, teach and instill these virtues and values to achieve change more quickly.

On the other hand, to apply this proposal more quickly it is necessary to understand what the Bible says in the parable of the talents, there are people who according to their talents can change, understand and do things more quickly than others, while we can with patience and perseverance to achieve change in others with less talents or perhaps who have not yet discovered them, and through the incremental process of intelligence that is absolutely feasible also as many of us believe.

I keep explaining:

Matthew 25: 14-30

Parable of the talents

According to this parable, of the three servants who gave them the talents to multiply them, only one (1) one of the three (3), that is, 1/3 of them multiplied the talents, the other two did not;

On the other hand, Nicholas Machiavelli said in his book the Prince: it is necessary to know that there are among princes, as among all men, three (3) kinds of brains: the first think and act by themselves and before them; the latter not very apt to invent have selective sagacity in abiding by those proposed by others; and third parties, do not conceive anything by themselves, nor do they take anything out of other people’s speeches.

Notice that both the Bible and Nicholas Machiavelli give rigor to 1/3 of the talented population, so to speak, this is a reality and a world reality, it seems then important to refine, settle and dedicate oneself to this third of the talented population.

So the Solution is Simple:

Aristotle: “When the solution is simple, it is God who answers.”

What do I mean by this, that this proposal must be applied immediately to 1/3 of the population, the most talented children and young people, and furthermore, this being highly possible and feasible.

While the other 2/3 we will have ways to incorporate them to Greatness through this same work and procedure, but a more patient and persevering work, but which is also absolutely feasible.

VIRTUES AND VALUES TO INCULCATE, TEACH AND PUT INTO PRACTICE IN OUR CHILDREN, CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THIS NEW ERA

“The desire to learn is Natural in good men”

Leonardo da Vinci

“All our knowledge comes from our perceptions”

Leonardo da Vinci

“The Knowledge of All Things is Possible”

Leonardo da Vinci

Leonardo observed that “the idea or the faculty of imagination operates on the senses as a rudder and as a brake at the same time, since the thing imagined influences the sense”

Leonardo da Vinci

“For in truth great love is born from a great Knowledge of the loved object”

Leonardo da Vinci

“Morale and lights are our first needs.”

The Liberator- Simón Bolivar

VIRTUES AND VALUES TO INCULCATE, TEACH AND PUT INTO PRACTICE IN THE CHILDREN AND CHILDREN FOR THIS NEW ERA (INSPIRED BY LEONARDO DA VINCI, WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART, SIMÓN BOLIVAR, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN AND WALT LEO LASH DISNEY; AND MEARDO LASJORES CONDONEY; AND MEARDO LASJORES DISNEY; VINCI, RALPH WALDO EMERSON, WALT WHITMAN, NAPOLEON HILL, MY FATHER RAMON ARELLANO SANCHEZ AND PIERRE TEILHARD DE CHARDIN)

1.- TEACH THE VALUE AND THE VIRTUE OF LOVING GOD, THE PARENTS AND THEIR GRANDPARENTS

“God is always with us, we are never alone”

Saint Joseph Mary Escriva oF Balager

Ralph Waldo Emerson: He said that “the unconscious” is just another name for the Universal Soul within us. God is within us, and revelation is the Universal Soul speaking to us and through us.

2.- HIGHLIGHT THE VIRTUE OF SHARING, OF LEARNING TO SHARE

“When I give I give myself”

Walt Whitman

The best penance is charity, modernly the Americans have understood this and have transferred it to the personnel administration, when they require to reward an employee they reward him with an amount of money so that he spends it as he may have, as a reward for his good action. This does not mean that we can not give other things such as charity or alms, but we try to do it in cash so that the person requesting the charity or alms can spend it on their needs, according to their free discretion.

The beautiful poem Caridad written by Rubén Darío, which directly touches on this theme, begins by saying “give to the poor, give the poor peace, comfort, relief, bread: May he regain hope and joy with the help they give him.

If you give consolation to the poor, sensitive hearts, you will have wings in heaven and on earth, blessings ”.

By Sharing, Charity is being taught and practiced and the Christian Works of Mercy is taught:

Corporal Works of Mercy:

1) Visiting the sick

2) Feed the hungry

3) Give drink to the thirsty

4) Hosting the pilgrim

5) Dress the naked

6) Visiting the prisoners

7) Bury the dead

Spiritual works of mercy:

1) Teach those who don’t know

2) Give good advice to those who need it

3) Correct the one who is wrong

4) Forgive the one who offends us

5) Comfort the sad

6) Patiently suffer the defects of others

7) Pray to God for the living and the dead.

3.- HIGHLIGHT THE VALUE OF LEARNING TO CARE FOR THE BROTHERS; HERE IS KEY BECAUSE IT INCLUDES SEVERAL VALUES AND VIRTUES AT THE SAME TIME.

Teach them to play in a group, teach them to play together and learn to be united from a young age, to take care of each other, teach them the value of being united, being in company, sharing, friendship, eating together, laughing and of crying also but in a group, together, the big brothers when they take care of the little ones, usually the little ones learn to speak faster and walk, and when they are older they learn to cope with more agility more quickly, they learn from each other to handle themselves emotionally , with each other, they will learn social and emotional techniques more quickly, how to handle situations of anger, anger, joy, sadness, whims, frustration and displeasure, they learn to handle fear and fears when they are together. They learn to be in company and to play, to study in company and in groups.

Older siblings learn by taking care of their siblings and practicing charity and love for the other and for their peers, also intrinsically they learn responsibility, punctuality, time and space management, but logically all this must be guided, tutored and guided by parents or an adult relative.

Younger siblings learn from the older ones, they learn both good and bad things, so be very careful with this. Be careful not to copy the awful things. and Correct in time the little bad things that they copy from the big brothers.

Younger siblings learn the virtues of friendship, sharing, order, responsibility and synergy. Without knowing it, they learn that in a group they also win.

.

4.- LEARN TO HAVE FUN IN A FAMILY GROUP AND FRIENDS, TOGETHER AND MAINTAIN FAMILY COHESION. HEALTHY FUN.

.

“The important thing is the family. If you can keep the family together, and that’s the backbone of our entire business, serving families, that’s what we hope to do. “

Walt disney

“We believed in our idea: a family park where parents and children could have fun together.”

Walt disney

“We try in everything we do here, you know… for the family. We don’t actually make children’s movies. But we make movies that children can enjoy together with their parents. ” –

Walt disney

Laughter is timeless. The imagination has no age. And dreams are forever. “-

Walt disney

“Joy is the infallible sign of the presence of God”

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

.

Healthy enjoyment for the body, mind and spirit is achieved. Family cohesion is achieved. Family synergy is achieved.

Hats off to Walt Disney here, family fun achieves all in one. Unity principle completely.

5.- TEACH AND PRACTICE THE VIRTUE OF RESPONSIBILITY IN CHILDREN.

.

“True happiness consists in doing good “

Aristotle

Responsible for themselves: Good habits: Cleanliness, Punctuality (arrive on time, get up on time, eat on time, go to sleep on time and early), Order, Discipline (do homework), Honesty, Integrity, Learn to greet people .

Responsible with their family and friends.

Responsible with their College and School.

Responsible with your environment, neighborhood, city, state, country and the entire world.

With all this, time is taught to manage time, space and handle homework and school.

6.- TEACH THE VALUE OF LOVE FOR NATURE

“He discovered… God in the miraculous beauty of light, in the movement

Harmonious of the planets, in the complicated arrangement of the

Muscles and nerves in the human body and in that ineffable masterpiece that

It is the human soul “

Serge Bramly on Leonardo’s Spirituality

.

“Give me the smell of sunrise and a garden of beautiful flowers where I can walk undisturbed”

Walt whitman

.

“Keep your face always towards the sunlight, and the shadows will fall behind you”

Walt whitman

Teach children to draw the Sun and the Moon, My planet, the other planets and Astros:

In this process, they are intrinsically taught the value of the stars, their benefits, they are taught to draw, graph, creativity and the beauty of each of the stars.

Love and care for Earth, Planet Earth and the Atmosphere:

Love, care and conservation for Air, its usefulness and need to preserve its essence and cleanliness.

Love and care for Water, Rivers, Lakes, Beaches, Seas and Oceans.

Teach them what it consists of, the characteristics, the peculiarities and benefits of Rain, storms and hurricanes, lightning and rainbows.

Love and care for Vegetation, Forests, Mountains

Love and care for Animals and their environments.

Teach them the seasons of the year and all that entails the types of weather and climate changes.

7.- TEACH LOVE TO THE COUNTRY

“Love conquers everything”

Leonardo da Vinci

LOVE FOR THE ORIGINAL COUNTRY:

As the Liberator Simón Bolívar said “morals and lights are our first needs.”

“Patience and more patience, perseverance and more perseverance, work and more work, to have a Homeland” Simón Bolívar- El Libertador

.

You have to love the original Homeland with Soul, Heart and Body. This means wanting the good of the territory where one is from, loving its people, seeking the best for our own people and not the evil, loving one’s roots, seeking the integral growth of the country and its people, as we Economists say. not only economic growth but integral economic growth that today is measured by GDP growth plus Education (Gary Becker, Nobel Prize in Economics) – today modern education, plus Management (Public and Private), growth of Management both public and private, and in these new times coupled with growth in technology, innovation and improvements in absolutely everything.

THE LOVE FOR THE COUNTRY THAT HAS GIVEN US COVERED TEMPORARILY OR PERMANENTLY:

If this is the particular case for any cause or reason, we must learn to Love the Homeland that gave us or is giving us shelter, nothing is perfect, but it is up to us to learn to Love where it is, highlight Strengths and Opportunities and minimize the Defects, Errors and Lacks; there are always many good things and there are very good people who have to learn to love where one is.

You have to learn to love people where you are, despite their defects because they also have to learn to love us despite our defects and which by the way are many.

Even when you are alone in a country that is not your original, you have to give thanks to God, to everyone you know and to everything, because it is an opportunity to grow, give, receive, do good and love.

And you have to work hard for the good of one, of those who gave you opportunities and of the country where you are and even more so doing good to everyone.

8.- PRACTICE AND TEACH THE LOVE OF STUDY AND ITS BENEFITS FOR NEW TIMES:

“Leonardo brought the artist’s vision to science. Understood

that science, as well as painting, must find the design of the

nature in the details … gave science what it most needed:

the artist’s perception that detail in nature is

Significant ”Jacob Bronowski

“People Who Achieve Outstanding Academic Goals are not like this because they were necessarily born with Talents or Attributes superior to other Academics, but because they have worked hard and have managed to develop a Self-Discipline Methodology” Mihaly Csikzentmihalyi

A PROPOSAL OF MODERN STUDIES FOR CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE TODAY AND FOR NEW TIMES:

a) Modern Education of learning four (4) types of different alphabets and different languages:

Preferably that you have different roots and alphabets, such as:

.

English

Japanese

Arab

Spanish

.

English

Russian

Arab

Chinese

.

German

French

Korean

Turkish

.

What is achieved with this, is achieved: Knowledge of different languages, knowledge of other cultures, knowledge of other ways of thinking and feeling, other ways of seeing the world, knowing other perspectives and new ways of saying things.

b) Financial algebra. Business algebra, financial mathematics, applied statistics, calculus, and statistical inference.

Financial intelligence: assets, liabilities, cash flow, treasury, investments, corporate finance

With this, the capacity for analysis, calculation, logic, deduction, induction and synthesis is developed. Numerical, accounting, calculation and negotiation skills are developed.

c) Internet, internet business, e-commerce, social networks and entrepreneurship, business, sales, marketing and digital advertising and social networks.

With this, new sales skills are achieved in this new era, knowing new media and selling to the whole world.

d) Negotiation

With this, strategic, managerial, social, business and understanding skills are achieved.

e) Social relations, public relations, emotional intelligence, consumer behavior, high performance teams.

With this, modern managerial and business entrepreneurship skills and new things are achieved.

9.- TEACH THE VALUE OF LEARNING TO USE USEFULLY AND WITH RESPONSIBILITY THE TECHNOLOGY AND ALL ITS DERIVATIVES.

.

In these times of Artificial Intelligence, the internet of everything and things and the digitization of everything, we have to dedicate time to teaching our children to use technology usefully and in favor of productive study, learning, knowledge, science , of entrepreneurship, business, in order of good and for good.

But this teaching must be responsible and in moderation, avoid the excessive use of technology such as video games in excess and that goes beyond the family, values, responsibility, good communication.

Video games are great and wonderful, but they should be used for recreation and not as an addiction. They should be used sparingly and so with all technology.

Children no longer want to talk to parents but want to play their favorite video game, you have to put order in this. And oneself as an adult must also set an example.

10.- INCREASE THE VALUE AND VIRTUE OF FRIENDSHIP, OF GOOD FRIENDSHIP.

.

“True friendship can only exist between equals”

Plato

.

At heart, Friendship means: sharing, understanding, having fun and loving.

We have to fill our minds and hearts with enthusiasm to combat boredom, eliminate boredom and give our life meaning. Perhaps the best way to make sense of it is by practicing the science of God, which Teresa of Calcutta practiced when she gave out training and sinister charity, and although she touched lepers with her hands, she cleaned the wounds with her fingers, and she poured them with her handkerchief, he was never physically contaminated, because his mind was situated on the higher planes of the great and beautiful. One last question. Do you think Teresa of Calcutta suffered from boredom, boredom or existential emptiness? If by chance we have some kind of existential void, we can fill it by caring for homeless children or as we call them now in Venezuela, street children, so as not to have premature beggars and caring for homeless elderly. It was the example that Teresa of Calcutta left us.

For that we have Friends to combat boredom, eliminate boredom and give our life meaning.

11.- HIGHLIGHT AND TEACH THE VIRTUE OF TEMPERANCE

“Whoever walks straight almost never falls”

Leonardo da Vinci

Temperance refers to being restrained in your actions – in everything, have temperance and do not get carried away by the anger you feel.

The will is the faculty of the soul that moves us to do things, admit or shun something, wanting it or hating it, there is free will, free determination.

By controlling the will, we manage temperance.

In our culture, we are constantly conditioned to gratify our impulses immediately: buy, eat, drink, look, click, all now.

Successful people who achieve high goals transcend those impulses.

Small accomplishments along the way provide much more satisfaction to continue.

One lesson to learn is that things come out of nowhere, things evolve out of nowhere. The smallest seed in the right situation becomes the most beautiful forest, and the most promising seed in a bad situation can turn to nothing.

Some tips regarding finding and achieving temperance in children:

-A child who grows up frequently obtaining too many awards will not be persistent, because that person will be paralyzed or stagnant when the award disappears (Kaizen Principle).

– An emphasis must be placed on avoiding instant gratification in the child, since this generates bad habits; effective long-term plans must be achieved.

– The ability to delay gratification opens up a new possibility to seek improvement.

– Those with early capacities for self-discipline and delayed gratification have achieved high academic success.

– It is possible that the reward modes can be altered and saved by parents and teachers; This emerges from the fact that delay in gratification must be a skill and like all skills it must be acquired and improved.

– If children learn self-regulation strategies to reduce frustration in situations in which self-gratification delays are imposed, this will help to be tied to the desired goals.

– Behave how you want your child to behave now and in the future. Don’t eat, buy, or grab whatever you want.

– Do not respond immediately to everything your children want. Let them learn to handle frustration and what they want.

– Any philosophy, religion, and practical exercises that reinforce these principles will help both parents and children.

12.- TEACHING THE VIRTUE OF FRUGALITY IN CHILDREN: DO NOT WASTE TIME IN FOOLISHNESS, DO NOT WASTE ANYTHING, KNOW HOW TO USE TIME USEFULLY.

.

“Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve.

Don’t wait. Time will never be fair.

If you can’t do great things, do small things in a great way.

A goal is a dream with a deadline.

The starting point of all achievement is desire.

Strength and growth come only through continual effort and struggle.

Every adversity, every failure, and every heartache carries the Seed of equivalent or greater benefit.

Patience, persistence and perspiration make an unbeatable combination for success.

Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a desire, but a pulsing desire that transcends everything.

Appreciate your visions and your dreams, since they are the children of your soul, the blueprints of your best achievements “

Napoleon hill

Teach and practice: Do not waste anything, neither in resources nor in money.

Here the teaching of saving and the efficient and effective use of all resources is being achieved: time, land, work, capital (money), spaces and nowadays of information and technology.

13.- TEACH CHILDREN TO SAVE AND EVEN MORE TEACH THEM TO TRANSFORM THIS SAVING INTO INVESTMENT; IN THE CASE OF CHILDREN, BUY PRODUCTIVE AND USEFUL THINGS LIKE COMPUTERS AND THINGS OF VALUE.

“Leonardo had the conviction according to which: the organic complexity of living Nature, even the tiniest minutiae of the mobile form, It is based on the rich and endless interplay of Geometric motifs in the context of natural law… Everything that You see it is made up of circles, triangles, squares, lines, curves and points – although not necessarily in that order “

Martin Kemp on Leonardo Da Vinci

Depending on the age and older, teach them to work and produce money, teach them about business, entrepreneurship and financial intelligence according to each age.

Both ourselves and our children should know, learn and practice these thirteen (13) productive and financial habits that I propose:

THE 13 HABITS OF PEOPLE OF HIGHLY FINANCIAL AND PRODUCTIVE INTELLIGENCE

1.- TAKE ADVANTAGE AND CONTROL TIME:

WEALTH IS DEFINED NOT ONLY IN MONEY, BUT ALSO IN TIME.

Money does not make happiness, what money does is buy time to do what you like and pay others to do what you don’t like to do.

2.-ALWAYS LEARN ABOUT FINANCIAL INTELLIGENCE:

Start studying about Assets, Liabilities, Income, How to generate income, How to learn to transform Savings into Investment

The main causes of financial difficulties are fear of ignorance. Self-inflicted fears and ignorance keep people trapped.

3.- ALWAYS THINK ABOUT YOUR OWN AND NEW BUSINESSES:

BUILD YOUR OWN BUSINESS

You must learn to build your own business, that you like to work, that you are passionate about doing, that you create a steady cash flow.

You can start and invest in other assets.

Your business should revolve around your asset column and not your income column.

4.- WORK ON NEW WAYS TO IMPROVE YOUR BUSINESS, PRODUCTS, SERVICES WITH CREATIVITY AND INNOVATION:

Creativity is generating new ideas, products and services. Innovation is putting everything on the market and the market accepts it and buys it.

There is nothing more damaging than someone who keeps thinking of old ideas.

If you want to have abundance and wealth, you need to have an open mind, a flexible reality.

And have the skills to turn new ideas into real, profitable companies.

5.- CREATE A PRODUCT THAT YOU SELL IN A SPECIAL MARKET. CREATE AND GET SPECIAL CUSTOMERS.

That this product generates constant cash flow.

And then create more products like this this way.

You must learn how to market your product and how to sell it and how to sell it every day.

6.- TAKE CALCULATED RISKS:

LEARN TO EXECUTE CALCULATED RISKS.

People at risk change the world.

Few people get rich without taking risks.

Winners are not afraid of losing.

Failure is part of the success process. People who avoid failure also avoid success.

7.- ALWAYS WORK ON GENERATING INCOME, CASH FLOW AND NEW INCOME:

LEARN HOW TO CREATE YOUR OWN CASH FLOW

By learning how to invest to create cash flow one can become financially free.

You become what you study.

8.- LEARN TO MANAGE YOUR OWN ACTIVE-PASSIVE RELATIONSHIP

An asset is something that puts money in your pocket.

A liability is something that takes money out of your pocket.

If you want to be rich, spend your life building goods. And assets are becoming more and more productive.

9.- LEARN HOW TO OBTAIN ASSETS. AND LEARN HOW TO TRANSFORM LIABILITIES INTO ASSETS.

Learn to Invest – It’s the science of how money makes money.

Nor is it how much to earn, but how much you keep and how much you multiply.

We must learn to transform assets into liabilities; and Learn to transform non-productive assets into productive or more productive assets.

10.- WORK IN NEW DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS, IN DIGITAL MARKETING, IN THE INTERNET OF THINGS, NEW WAYS TO SELL IN THIS DIGITAL ERA:

THE DIGITAL AGE OF INFORMATION, THE INTERNET OF THINGS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE ARRIVED

The expectation of financial security that was the responsibility of companies and governments belongs to the industrial age. No more.

Financial security now depends on you, your income-generating assets, not expenses, your investments, and your financial intelligence.

You must learn how to sell your products in the digital age, of digital marketing and advertising, in the new communication and distribution channels and in social networks.

You must learn the new business models in the digital age and artificial intelligence.

11.- WORK TO LEARN AND NOT JUST TO EARN MONEY.

A person who is prepared will prosper no matter which direction the economy goes or when it changes.

The ability to sell is the foundation of personal success.

True learning requires energy, passion, a burning desire.

Passion is the combination of anger and love. These two things combined if you know how to use them generate a lot of rewards and profits.

12.- WORK AND LEARN TO PLAN FINANCIALLY. MAKE A SAVINGS AND INVESTMENT PROJECTION. PAYMENTS AND INCOME. LEARN TO MAKE YOUR OWN BUDGET.

Learn how to plan your payments and your tax payments.

13.- ALWAYS THINK AND WORK ABOUT EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE AND FINANCIAL FREEDOM:

USE YOUR BRAIN. LEARN TO THINK AND MANAGE YOUR BRAIN; TO THINK FINANCIALLY.

Your brain can be your most powerful asset or it can be your most powerful liability.

Financial intelligence is linked to Emotional Intelligence, most people suffer financially because their emotions control their thoughts.

By not controlling emotions, expenses are not controlled, and impulsiveness in expenses,

IN SEARCH OF EXCELLENCE:

Parents are not everything to children. Parents do not have complete control over their children and in some cases when things go wrong, parents do not help much; But parent mentoring matters a lot, since they seriously impact children’s personal goals, strategies, and philosophy.

.

Here we are going to see four important guiding keys for Excellence in our children:

a) Beliefs- Believe

– Extraordinary repetition, parental persistence and constant reinforcement, so that the child reinforces her technical mastery.

– Suzuki Method (Mother Language Method).

– Constant involvement of the father in the activity of the children; constant practice (as an example in the practice of a musical instrument); constant memorization and a lot of patience.

– Remember: talent is not inherent; no one is born with talent, it must be educated and trained. With special training and a lot of persistence, anyone can achieve great goals and important successes.

Instead of thinking about the Talents given and given away, parents should think deeply about the extraordinary potential of their children.

b) Creativity Support; do not kill or break creativity

– Parents have to find what their children like, they must know how to set goals and set high expectations, without getting anxious when they see that the child cannot achieve high goals. You have to be very patient with them.

– An early exposure to resources is excellent, as well as setting high expectations, goals, demonstrating persistence and resilience when faced with challenges.

– Parents should not use affection as a reward for success; and use penalties when the child fails or makes mistakes. You must seek to show confidence and faith in the child’s abilities, so that he seeks self-satisfaction.

c) Persistence and Tranquility

– Einstein said: “It’s not that I’m intelligent, it’s that I spend a long time with the Problem.”

– In the end, Persistence is the difference between mediocrity and success.

– The key is intermittent reinforcement.

– A person who grows up frequently obtaining too many awards, will not be persistent, because that person will be paralyzed or stagnant when the award disappears (Kaizen Principle).

– An emphasis must be placed on avoiding instant gratification, since it generates bad habits; effective long-term plans must be achieved.

– Any philosophy, religion, and practical exercises that reinforce these principles will help both parents and children.

d) Willingness to accept faults and mistakes (Da Vinci)

– In the world of success and achievement of goals, weaknesses are opportunities; In the face of failures, one must be open, flexible and understand that they widen the doors.

– The only real flaw is giving up.

– Some biologists and scholars of human performance tell us that man develops as a response to problems and failures.

– Parents should not make things easy for their children; rather, they must present, monitor and modulate the challenges.

– Great success stories appear when parents and children learn to fight through thick and thin; they achieve and gain satisfaction fighting against the current.

– Have the philosophy of persistence.

You have to have persistence; keep busy and work, we must recognize that we can make mistakes and that we do not always have the correct answer; and that better solutions can always be found, that we can be more effective and teach our children to move in the right direction.

HOW DID THESE CHARACTERS AND GREAT EXECUTORS OF THE HISTORY (LEONARDO DA VINCI, WOLFGANG AMADEUS MOZART, SIMÓN BOLIVAR, BENJAMIN FRANKLIN AND WALT DISNEY) ACHIEVE ALL THEIR EXTRAORDINARY AND ALTERNATIVE ACHIEVEMENTS

LET’S TALK A LITTLE ABOUT SOME PROCEDURES, METHODOLOGIES AND TECHNIQUES THAT THEY USED:

The main characteristic of these five (5) great characters in human history has been that all of them were great dreamers, Dreamers of High Ideals, Noble Ideals, Great Ideals, Ideals of Good and Ideals that will last forever in Time. And they were not only dreamers but all or almost all their ideals materialized them, those dreams and their ideals, they imagined, thought, landed, executed, realized and materialized here on earth, and also materialized forever.

The very similar technical Architecture among all these Ultra Dreamers and Executors to achieve Extraordinary and High Impact Achievements – Achievements forever, is this:

1.- Cognition and Metacognition

2.- Memory- Use of Memory, Knowing how to use Memory, Information and Associations

3.- Ultra Dedication, as an Obsession to achieve their dreams, their Noble Ideas and Tenacity until obtaining High Impact achievements

4.- Technique and Procedure

5.- The Perfection of the final achievement

Let’s start to explain:

1.- COGNITION AND METACOGNITION:

“The future belongs to those who give the next generation of reasons for hope”

Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

.

Cognition (from the Latin cognoscere, ‘to know’) is the ability of a human being to process information based on perception, acquired knowledge (experience) and subjective characteristics that allow the information to be valued. It consists of processes such as learning, reasoning, attention, memory, problem solving, decision-making, and feelings. Human beings have the ability to know with all the aforementioned processes.

We must say that the potentialities of the human being consist of the capacities of the independent power of the act, it is the equivalence of one thing with respect to another in virtue and efficiency. Power is generative virtue, the faculty of the soul to know, want and remember. Through understanding, things can be conceived, compared, judged, induced and deduced. (Excerpt from the Second Personal Growth Book of my father Dr. Ramon Arellano Sanchez- regarding Metacognition).

Attention, memory, and understanding are grouped into a broad concept that encompasses your conscious control and is called metacognition. It has to do with the closure of mental activities and their opening, thus creating a third element different from what exists, through which all mental processes are known and regulated. Then it is necessary to establish similarities and differences between attention, memory and understanding. Attention is one of the fundamental processes for understanding and learning.

If we have not understood something, it is impossible to record it as information. When we select stimuli and pay attention to them, we ignore all the others. Therefore attending becomes a real action. But we must know what we must attend to, what are the mental operations that we must perform to attend, how to avoid both internal and external distractions, which can take us away from the act of paying attention. In case of distraction we have to immediately notice and correct.

With the repetition of the stimulus we remove the distraction, according to the motivation, we also avoid it. The higher the growth, the more attention. In learning situations, concentration on attention is essential for the purposes of improvement. That is why attentional variables such as illustrations, graphics, should be used to transmit the information and that the participants have an active intervention, ask questions and compare the new contents with those already acquired previously.

Regarding memory, it is the ability to record, retain and retrieve information. When receiving information, it must be saved somewhere, so that it can be used later, if necessary. By means of bone coding, the selection of important and relevant events, eliminating those that are not, we record the activities that will allow us to keep in an orderly manner what we want to retain or store in order to be able to retrieve or evoke either in the medium or long term. . The information in memory goes through various levels of processing, such as the beginning of the memory that has been called sensory; brief storage with limited amounts of information that has been called short-term memory; and long-term memory which is unlimited in quantity and time. The latter can store facts from our personal lives, the experiences we have had and also store general knowledge of all kinds: History, mathematics, geography, languages, religion, etc. World, devil and flesh, for example. Skills in problem solving, beliefs and concepts in general. Finally, understanding is a high-caliber process, since only two percent of the population understands naturally; specialists have made efforts to increase that percentage.

It implies the understanding from a word, a sentence, the interrelation of sentences and the understanding of a complete text without confusing words, sentences, paragraphs or connecting them to each other. It would be like going one way to a certain place, going another way, arriving at a different place, which is neither in need nor good for anything. Or lost the central idea of the text, leaving the sections or characters unmotivated. (Collins and Smith, cited by Lisette Poggioli).

2.- MEMORY- USE OF THE MEMORY, KNOW HOW TO USE THE MEMORY, INFORMATION AND ASSOCIATIONS

.

All these five (5) Ultra Dreamers and Ultra Achievers of High Goals also had in common the ability to retain information, and to learn to memorize in the short and medium term, and to use this memorized information in many cases, in short they needed and They used a lot of information, and they always needed to remember information from the past as if they had a personal database, not only did they have this talent but they learned to develop it more and more. My father, Dr. Ramon Arellano Sanchez, learned to develop memory since he was a child and through various techniques he managed to develop it more and more. Many of these techniques he taught me in various ways.

One of the techniques that I like the most is that of Mnemonics and Associations:

This technique of Memory, such as Associations or Mnemonics, have lately had an impact on the Development of the Mind, not only with regard to numbers, but also in relation to the areas of language, words, music, games such as chess and symbology. The trick is to assign new information to some association or image system that is already in your head. “It is to encode in the Long Term Memory Associations that already existed in it, to release a reminder in the Short Term Memory”.

With an adequate mnemonic system and a remembering structure, it seems that there are no limits in improving memory with practice.

To remember surprising amounts of new information, it simply requires a correct strategy and a correct amount of intensive practice, of possible theoretical tools for the functioning of the human being.

These techniques can affect areas such as: geometry, chess, mental puzzles, music (piano, violin, cello), playing basketball, painting, art, among many more.

Through memories and the good use of memory and memorized information are good ways to return to the past, through them we can relive moments that have been important to us and have affected our life, due to the positive or negative charge that they left in our life. mind. When we recall events from the past, we can find solutions for present situations through comparison.

In addition to this, these dreamers and ultra will achieve High Impact goals, they managed to keep a lot of information in a certain order and collected in one way or another so that they could use it when they needed it.

Mozart kept all his works compiled, but he also had an incredible memory that he learned to use, in many writings about Mozart it is detailed many times when he brought from his memory, to his mind, chords, notes and even complete symphonies, which he brought to the present of your mind to compose something new or finish composing something new, or just as a game, as if you were playing.

Own exercise, mnemonic practice called The Hotel of Two little Trees:

1.- The entrance of the hotel (things that I must do enter my life to improve)

2.- Leaving the hotel (things that I must get out of my life to improve)

3.- The exit next door (things I must see from my neighbor and learn)

4.- The parking lot (things that I must park, calm down for now or for a while)

5.- The bus that goes to the airport (things that I should work and enjoy)

6.- The Valet Parking (who can help others with several things)

7.- The bus that goes to the cruise (things that I should share, enjoy, buy, relax, gifts)

8.- The ramp (learn to wait and go home) .

Through this exercise I can practice and associate various things, objects, images, faces, colors, to remember things, messages, to remember names, families, groups, numbers of people, thus making associations to learn to use memory for creativity and multiples activities like giving a big speech (like my dad did).

3.- ULTRA DEDICATION, LIKE AN OBSESSION TO ACHIEVE MATERIALIZING YOUR DREAMS, YOUR NOBLE IDEAS AND TENACITY UNTIL YOU OBTAIN HIGH-IMPACT ACHIEVEMENTS:

In general, people who achieve outstanding goals have original drive, a high desire for achievement, and an incredible desire for success.

Why is there this obsessive need in geniuses? Intense Ambition involves a complex dynamic, putting in the minds of people in different ages and circumstances sometimes out of extreme adversity, sometimes out of revenge, sometimes in a way to prove himself, to be loved or out of fear of the father , brother or a relative. For example, in the case of Michael Jordan, he hated losing and constantly working on his weaknesses made him want to be The Best.

A common characteristic of successful adults is that at some point in their lives, they realize that the Improvement Process is within their own control. The Successful realizes that he controls his Skills.

Mozart once said, “People make a serious mistake in thinking that my Art has been too easy for me. Nobody has given so much time and thought to a composition like me ”.

At his early age, Mozart’s work was not truly amazing, just imitations of other Composers. His first 7 piano concertos, written between the ages of 11 and 16, contain nothing original. It was not until 10 years later that Mozart incorporated different styles and motifs of his own, and developed his own style. Critics consider Symphony No. 29, written a decade after the First, as their first work of real stature.

Piano Concerto No. 9 “Jeunehomme” is widely regarded as his first major piano concerto; This was written at the age of 21, and it was his composition number 271. “Idomeneo”, his first opera, was written 3 years later.

The most remarkable thing about his adolescence is not the quality of his work, but his consistency, persistence and the hard, obsessive work of making many compositions. Looking at Mozart’s chronological work, there is a clear trajectory of increasing originality and importance, culminating in his final 3 symphonies, written at the age of 32, which are considered his greatest works.

We must know our own limits and learn to push them ourselves. Finding our true natural limit in an area takes many years and many thousands of hours of hard work. You have to avoid comfort zones and expertise because they break creativity and divert motivation.

Reality tells us that People who achieve high goals develop different abilities at different ages; in fact, researchers have found that child prodigies and adults who achieve high-impact goals are often not the same person. A long list suggests that many adults who accomplished great things did not display profound abilities as children (eg, Michelangelo, Rembrandt, Bach, Newton, Da Vinci, Einstein).

4.- TECHNIQUE AND PROCEDURE

The Procedure: Deliberate Practice

Deliberate practice is a very unique form of activity, which differs from mere experience and from mindlessly honing and honing skills.

Deliberate Practice is not a very pleasant thing to do. It is not repetition or execution of the skills already obtained, but thought, strategic repetition, to reach beyond the current level, which is necessarily associated with frequent failures.

People who want to aspire to something, should concentrate on improving specific aspects, through the Practice of Activities Designed for Change and refining mechanisms to Solve Problems and successive Refinement of Feedback. It is a practice that perseveres.

Deliberate Practice requires a mental concentration of never being satisfied with current skills, it requires constant sacrifice, pathological work without rest and a passion to reach goals incessantly and perseveringly, just beyond our possibilities and capabilities, in such a way that disappointment and failure are desired and a constant resolution to get better and to try again, and again, and again, and again.

This requires a huge alteration of life and time spent, and a daily commitment to be better, it is as if you are stuck in the process of always being better. It requires concentration and a focus on improving performance.

When an individual deliberately pushes herself beyond her comfort zone and is induced to sustain herself in strenuous physical activities, this induces an abnormal state of cells in the physiological system. The brain, too, physically adapts to intellectual stress, as its own demand.

Becoming great requires the right combination of mental resources, strategy, persistence, and time; And those are tools that are part of the normal functioning of the human being. The physiology of this process requires extraordinary amounts of dedication, of time, not just hours and hours of dedication, but thousands of hours and hours over the course of our years. The best gift we have today is this new dynamic.

We must know our own limits, and we must push them much further. Finding our true limit in an area will take years and thousands of hours to vehemently pursue them.

The potential exists when the person develops high desires to achieve goals, and since they believe that talent is a function of acquiring skills rather than just having innate abilities, achieving goals depends entirely on a long-term attitude, resources and a good process.

The one who is successful in sports has a set of contributions in various aspects and variables: climate, media, demographics, training; spirituality, education, economics and folklore.

In short, athletic success is systemic and not generic. Training attitudes and postponing gratification are two vital components in people achieving outstanding goals in sports. In addition, they have been found in people who achieve high-impact objectives, particular patterns of cultural strengths, a high achievement orientation, inclination to seek new challenges, to be competitive and seek to beat others, and a high elaboration of the need as virtue.

Over time they build a strong culture of success, which brings more and more success, setting marks (benchmarking) and Goals- Goals that are ever higher to reach, generating higher and higher levels of expectations.

The simplest way to inspire better and better performance is to be surrounded by the fiercest possible competitors and an extreme culture of excellence. The best way to get your clients, coaches or tutors to achieve their goals, is to push them to extreme limits, far beyond what your competitors do.

New Success Equation

Today Success is a Function of Many Variables.

Success = Genes A + Genes B (Variant) + Training (X) + Y (Attitude) + Z (Desire to Win) + C (Coaching) + D (Desire) + Cult (Culture) + A (Food) + L ( Language) + Custom + S (Spirituality) + E (Climate) + H (Environment) + Disease Rate (Health) + Hab (Habits) + Time + Tech (Application of Technology) + Knowledge (External and Internal) + Belief Self + Emotional Intelligence + Motive (Intrinsic and Extrinsic Motivations)

Science has unequivocally demonstrated that the mind of the individual has the power to impressively influence and affect the dynamics of performance and achievement in the long term. Many psychologists point out that while biology sets the ultimate limits to performance, it is the mind that definitely determines how close individuals get to and exceed these absolute limits. It is vital, according to this understanding, to perform in a dynamic context, with a good psychological and motivational development to achieve high goals.

In recent centuries, a progressive and improvement in athletic performance has been evidenced. This is due to advances made in technology, aerodynamics, training intensity, new training methods, competitiveness and desire.

The new people who have achieved extraordinary goals are not superhuman beings, with gifted genes, or super-rare. They are participants in a culture of extremes, they are people eager to achieve more, to risk more, to feel more in order to do better. Meanwhile, most of us do not want anything with that culture of extremes, and we are left in the middle, almost mediocre.

In a world obsessed with discovering inner skills, the evidence offers a completely different approach: far from the fixed notion that human beings have fixed assets, competencies, talents and contributions, there is the new notion of developing these assets, competencies and human talents.

The new science helps us understand how an ordinary human man can grow up and do good, great and extraordinary things. This exposes the fallacy of the old idea that only those gifted with unique gifts can be geniuses and achieve high goals.

Thinking that talent is only innate makes the world more manageable, more comfortable, frees people from expectations, frees people from comparisons. If someone is innately talented in an area or subject, for which I am going to strive to improve in that area, then I am jealous of their genetic luck while avoiding being frustrated if I exert myself. This idea leads to apathy, mental comfort, laziness, freeing people from effort and depriving them of rewards.

A new Paradigm Development requires not only a new intellectual adjustment, but also a moral, psychological and spiritual adjustment. This begins by expanding how we view our true assets, responsibilities, and limits that are not only biological, but also economic, cultural, nutritional, family-based, and ecological.

Consideration of what we inherit as opposed to what we decide requires a radical revision. Although genes do not themselves change from generation to generation, the instructions given to the genes can change. This means that I can impact the genetics that were passed down to me.

Even in free nations, people are determined by habits, media, messages, patterns, agendas, expectations, and social and natural infrastructures, involving us in things that are ours. Many of these elements have passed from generation to generation, with little or no change and difficult to alter.

Nothing in the foregoing suggests that we have or should have super-absolute control of our lives and abilities. Our task now is to replace the simplistic notion of given talents and the nature that only talents are gifted, with vast and vast new ways of influence, many of them outside of our control, but in the hope of influencing and increasing our influence. understanding.

The simplest lesson learned from ultra goal achievers is not how easy things have been for them, but how tough and resilient they have been. It is a matter of wanting things, wanting to do so many things and never giving up, so much so that it is necessary to be ready to sacrifice time, money, sleep and friends and even sometimes reputation.

You have to adopt a lifestyle of such ambition, not for weeks or months but for years. You have to want something so bad to be willing to fail and make mistakes, so that these failures and mistakes will give you new ways of doing things and learning from them.

People who achieve extraordinary goals require an unusual level of personal motivation and a massive amount of faith.

The sources of motivation are often mysterious. A form of human emotions and psychology is that deep motivation that comes from many and possible parts. A person can be cheerfully inspired, spiritually devoted or deeply resentful, the motivation can be selfish or revengeful, or to prove someone good or bad, and all of this can be conscious or unconscious. Inspiration can come in various forms, a family rivalry, a desire to impress a family member, father, brother, children, wife, an insatiable hunger or desire to be loved, or a hatred to fail.

All great thinkers or inventors are dissatisfied. They always wish, they wish they had had more education; have worked harder or persevered. And all these people have a high level of self-criticism.

Nietzsche: “All great thinkers and artists are great workers, indefatigable in invention and also in transformation, order, eliminators and creators of problems.”

Those with high ambitions must tirelessly turn failures into opportunities, as in Judo, where the practitioner turns the opponent’s attack and energy in favor of the attacked.

Unless there is a focused motivation, sometimes there can be feelings of guilt and regret that dangerously distract from the task at hand, this must necessarily focus on improvement.

The most common type of guilt is biological guilt. This is highly deterministic; the belief that inferior genes are possessed. This is perhaps the biggest of our obstacles to success.

Sometimes the possible goals or objectives are very far, many years away, far from certainty and often difficult to give them vision. The practical distance between current skills and desired skills is so enormous that goals seem unattainable. Many people surrender to this feeling of discouragement, instead of taking distance as inspiration and impulse.

Greatness is not just going beyond mediocrity, it is transcending it. Greatness begins with one step further, and another step, and hundreds of small and large steps until distance cannot be measured. The only way to get to greatness is to go far, stubbornly, persistently, pushing everything, past the points of logic and reason. That is why people who achieve high goals, at any age, are dreamers. Their heads are tied in the clouds, in order to imagine the unimaginable. They ignore the small detours and everything that seems like obstacles.

Hundreds of successful extraordinaires recognize that there is no age of impossibility. Being in the game is difficult and for those who continue, it is a process of calm, of increasing improvement over time that has no substitute. And time is crucial to give it excellence.

Self-control:

In our culture, we are constantly conditioned to gratify our impulses immediately: buy, eat, drink, look, click, all now.

Successful people who achieve high goals transcend those impulses.

Small accomplishments along the way provide much more satisfaction to continue.

One lesson to learn is that things come out of nowhere, things evolve out of nowhere. The smallest seed in the right situation becomes the most beautiful forest, and the most promising seed in a bad situation can turn to nothing.

The true path to success lies not in the molecular makeup of the person, but in the development of a more productive attitude and the grandiose identification of external resources. Find a Mentor, a great Teacher who inspires, advises, criticizes and has extreme faith in you, who tells you the different person – and different abilities – that you should be or have in Life.

The Power of Competitiveness:

Talents always have to be developed in context; they can never develop alone, no man is an Island.

Humanity is a social enterprise and it is always Competitive. One always learns from one person to another, shares with others and constantly compares and competes with one or other people or counterparts; and all this is done in relation to affections, goals and resources.

Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo; Raphael; Titian and Corregio were openly adversaries, who also learned to criticize each other, to annoy each other, to get angry, to copy and even admire each other, in that time in which they lived. All of them learned to be rivals and competitive with each other.

When you celebrate a great achievement, you shouldn’t just celebrate the achievement, you should celebrate the competitive process, where someone won and someone lost.

The internal motivation of each person is highly malleable and socially tied to reality. Our cultural terrain directly affects how people challenge themselves to achieve goals. The trick is to create a culture that encourages healthy achievement and accommodates different levels of personalities and motivations.

The idea is to have a deliberate practice, to work hard and trying to be satisfactory, to achieve short-term goals, preferably learning to enjoy the process, rather than just focusing on long gaps between current skills and ideal great skills.

The teacher should never assume that a student who initially fails to understand an explanation will later have no capacity for progress.

As there are many types of intelligence, schools and universities must learn to adapt to this reality, different people have different ways of learning.

Show high expectations, but also show compassion, creativity, and patience.

New sciences study everything that we have been talking about, Neuroscience, Epigenetics, Nanotechnology and Singularity: it is the way to prove that we have responsibilities for the integrity of our genes. Our lifestyle can alter our inherited genes.

Enriching experiences can develop brain functions, make it flexible and plastic; It also suggests that developing learning behavior and plasticity can be passed on to children; but it is necessary to put the children in a constant calisthenics.

The new sciences tell us that the little things in life can have an effect of great magnitude.

Everything we know about neuroscience, epigenetics, singularity fits perfectly with the dynamic system model of human abilities. Genes do not dictate what we are or can be; rather they act in a dynamic process.

Genetic expressions are modulated by external forces. Genetic inheritance can come in different forms; we inherit stable genes, but the external can alter them, we inherit language, ideas, attitudes, but all this can change. All the things that surround us shape us, and all of this can be remodeled – reformulated – by ourselves.

The creativity and genius within all of us is building this ability to improve ourselves and our world.

5.- THE PERFECTION OF THE FINAL BODY- THE FINAL ACHIEVEMENT

Beethoven made changes, included and removed changes over and over again, tried over and over again until he was satisfied, then gave his work the final touch of Width, Length, Height and Depth; until perfection is achieved.

Mozart in the need to achieve perfection in his compositions and that the created entity managed to focus attention, have a dominant pattern, and have aesthetic attributes concept-beauty, he polished his compositions and made them have one or some of the attributes of beauty: Purity, Proportion, Simplicity, Clarity, Symmetry, Perfection, Regularity, Uniformity, Measure, Harmony and Order.

We are going to explain some qualities: the attributes of beauty:

–Purity (quality of pure, correct, exact)

–Proportion (equality of two reasons, correspondence due to the parts with the whole);

–Simplicity (which has no artifice or composition, lacks ostentation and embellishment);

–Clarity (intelligible, easy to understand, transparent and fluid; evident; distinction with which we perceive ideas);

–Symmetry (exact correspondence of all the parts with respect to their nucleus);

–Perfection (Greater Ideal or Final Success, Highest Achievement);

–Regularity (constant variations with respect to its average);

–Uniformity (only one form, Defined, Same, Similar);

–Measure (standardization of a physical quantity);

–Harmony (Balance of proportions: of the parts as a whole);

–Order (refers to placing everything in its place, according to a logical structure).

Through this technical architecture used by these five (5) Ultra Dreamers and Great Executors of history, we can also instill, teach, improve and practice these thirteen (13) virtues and values that I propose, for ourselves and for our children and children, and thus achieve that they too are successful when they grow up and reach their own high and extraordinary goals.

“Intelligence consists not only in knowledge, but also in the ability to apply knowledge in practice”

Aristotle

Our proposal is to apply to each of these thirteen (13) Virtues and Values that I propose, apply the technical architecture used by great executors of History:

Virtues and Values:

1.- Teach the Value and Virtue of Loving God, Parents and Grandparents

2.- Highlight the Virtue of Sharing, of learning to Share

3.- Highlight the Value of Learning to care for siblings; here it is key because it includes several values and virtues at the same time.

4.- Learn to have fun as a family group and friends, together and maintain family cohesion. Healthy fun.

5.- Teach and practice the Virtue of Responsibility in children.

6.- Teach the value of Love for Nature

7.- Teach Love for the Homeland
