The 13 Virtues according to Benjamin Franklin

1️⃣ Temperance. Eat not to dullnes; drink not to elevation.

2️⃣ Silence. Just talk about what benefits others or you. Avoid trifling conversation.

3️⃣ Order. That everything has its place, that your businesses have their moment.

4️⃣ Resolution. Decide to do what you should do. Do what you decided to do, without fail.

5️⃣ Frugality. Do not waste anything, neither on resources nor on money.

6️⃣ Industry. Do not waste time; eliminates all unnecessary actions, be always employ’d in something useful.

7️⃣ Sincerity. Do not cheat, think innocently and justly, and if you speak, speak truthfully.

8️⃣ Justice. Do not harm anyone, even by omission.

9️⃣ Moderation. Avoid the extremes, forbear resenting injuries so much as you think they deserve.

🔟 Cleanliness: Do not tolerate any dirt on your body, your clothes or your room.

1️⃣1️⃣ Tranquility. Do not be disturbed by arguments or inevitable accidents.

1️⃣2️⃣ Chastity. Avoid fornication except for health and procreation, never do it out of boredom, weakness, or damage the reputation and peace of others.

1️⃣3️⃣ Humility.Imitate Jesus and Socrates.
